Hotels,
take the court.

A Hotel’s Game

Padel wants what your hotel may already have.

Padel has more people wanting to play than places to play. Begin comparing the nation’s infrastructure against other markets, and it’s evident that Britain still has room to grow. So what’s holding it back?

Sites. Usual requirements like land use, planning, building and set up are a factor, but a court still needs all the other elements that make playing become a cohesive leisure experience: food and beverage, parking, social space, as well as other services and a customer ecosystem that surrounds the game.

Many hotels already have all of this, and they’ve been doing it for a long time. That makes padel an opportunity most hotels are closer to than they may already realise…

Is Padel Right For You

Is your hotel one of them?

Padel suits some hotels more than others. Those it does tend to be asking the same questions. If you find your team asking any of the following, there’s a good reason to explore what padel can bring to your property.

Are you a destination, or a habit?

Your hotel sits inside a community. Could that community engage, and spend, more with you?

Most guests arrive, stay and leave. Locals visit occasionally, but with fixed costs rising, could regular weekday activity be doing more to offset them?

The Business Case

How padel earns its place as a new amenity.

With Euvira operating padel as an integrated hotel amenity, rather than a facility left to fill itself, it can open a revenue line, bring in an audience you don’t reach today, and give guests a reason to stay with you, without any of it landing on your team.

Court hire, corporate bookings and events turn land your hotel already owns into a revenue line, and that revenue doesn’t stop at the court. Players eat and drink before and after a match, so the bar and kitchen earn from people who came for padel. Beyond what it takes each month, a well-run facility can support the commercial value of the property itself.

How We Work

The courts are yours. We keep them full.

We recognise that draining a court after heavy rain or giving a newcomer a quick crash course on the rules of padel is the last thing your general manager wants to be doing.

That’s why our service exists: to take care of the operation for you with a team that knows hotels, padel, and the skills to attract and retain customers to your site. At the same time, we’ll involve your hotel in important partnered activities like joint packages, events and marketing so padel feels like it sits inside your hotel rather than alongside it.

The result? Your courts feel like a natural part of your amenities list, your team carries on running the hotel, and your guests receive a frictionless experience.

About Euvira

Padel’s potential lives in what’s built around the court.

The court is only the start of padel as a holistic leisure experience. Euvira began when our founders, Fraser and Seb, saw that whilst UK padel operators are busy building everything around the game, hotels already have it. So we flipped the model: equip hotels with the operational capability to add padel to their site, rather than retrofit a leisure offering around the courts.

We believe what brings players back is the experience, the operation behind it, and now, the hotel it sits in. So we built a team that knows each…

    Sebastien GenestCo-Founder

Seb is our front man when it comes to strategy on successfully attracting and retaining players at our sites whilst making sure the customer experience lives up to its promise. His background covers time inside early stage start-ups within sales and marketing, accompanied by a tenure inside a leading consumer and location intelligence firm in the leisure industry. From spending half a decade simultaneously operating event brands across London, he’s laser focused on what makes an experience special for those that attend. It’s why whenever he plays padel we’re told it’s officially for market research purposes...

The backbone behind our on-site operations, Fraser originally built his career in finance at a leading European bank before shifting his focus toward the sport of padel. Whilst financially minded, he’s worked first-hand with an existing padel operator and knows what keeps courts alive throughout the week, the problems that are often overlooked, and padel’s ability to be a catalyst for the activities and services you pair with it.

A service dedicated to hotels requires knowledge of the small details, sector standards, and intricacies behind how they operate. With several decades of experience driving global and national revenue strategies at groups like Starwood, Radisson Hotels, Shangri-La, and Mandarin Oriental, Luc brings the industry knowledge and hotelier angle that ensure every part of our operation is built with hotels front of mind. Every now and then we convince him to pick up a racket too, if we’re lucky.

Every hotel starts the same way: with a conversation.

Padel can bring real upside to a hotel: guest experience, on-site revenue, a point of difference in the market. But not every site is the right fit, and timing matters as much as ambition. Every conversation with us starts with your hotel and how it runs today. From there, we work out whether there’s a credible case for padel as a new amenity, or if courts already exist, what’s underperforming and how our management service can turn that around.
